He has a keen interest in how sports and cultural buildings can enhance cities and is driven by an ambition to design and realise responsible, dynamic architecture - based on specialist research that he has undertaken in environmental design.

Tom has played a leading role in the design and delivery of high-profile projects, such as the Emirates Stadium and the London 2012 Olympic Stadium. He also has a great passion for sport and has been able to use this in a wide variety of projects around the world.
