studio INTEGRATE

Designers Mehran Gharleghi and Amin Sadeghy from studioINTEGRATE have created the “Flux Table”  after marrying the legacy of Islamic art with contemporary modes of computation. The intricate geometry and pattern of this table is derived from a basic “Toranj”, a mathematical pattern used in Iranian Architecture.

The legs of the table emerge at the convergence points of the base pattern and stretch towards the sides. The glass top is considered an extension of the geometry, with its printed patterns reflecting the geometry of the continuous form.

studio INTEGRATE

studio INTEGRATE is a London-based architectural studio who were recently awarded the Golden A' Design Award for Furniture, Decorative Items and Homeware Design Category for the Flux Table.
