A!Tavola
Name
A!Tavola
Description
A!Tavola is a project disrupting the construction technology of tables and their structure to obtain an item which is plain, sleek and refined, though able to provide new and unique traits. The project is the result of the analysis that Adriano Design has been carrying out on the manufacturing process and on the know-how employed by Bertolini in furniture production. The aim has been that of making a table vouching for Bertolini’s great know-how skills, coming out from a simple and streamlined manufacturing process though, easily made available in a vast array of size, colour and material versions. A!tavola is not merely a table: it is a structure-building sectional system allowing for the creation of a wide furniture product range such as bookcases and seats. A!Tavola is a multicultural table: produced using Brazilian know-how and expertise, designed by a couple of Italian designers fond of Brazil.

Angiolina®
Name
Angiolina®
Description
Stories generate design. And good stories generate a mark-leaving design.
A story is a network of places, people and a bit of magic. This story – which is a design story indeed – weaves production, creativity and an ancient fully Italian tradition.
The very starting point is a pot, a pot for pasta. It may seem trivial, but this is the magic in stories: they “expand”, they are handed on, they are passed down. And for a moment they affect the objects surrounding them, thus making them magic as well.
This story begins during a war, the Second World War.
And get as far as the New World and further up to Brazil.
“Granny used to cook pasta in the sauce cans … “
It sounds hardly believable: “But that’s true! During the war, Granny Angiolina used to take the can and cook pasta in it instead of throwing it away!”
Design springs out of stories, of tales.
And Angiolina® pot is the tale of this story.

Fohla
Name
Fohla
Description
If you start from a simple sheet made from acrylic to obtain a product, even prior to getting a finished product you just give birth to a concept through a morphing process of the matter shape. And further to that, if you just marry the concept to the aesthetic enjoyment, the user’s affection towards the product is born. Folha is the name of the new lighting product line merging these two elements together. Developed from coupled acrylic layers, the lamps from the Folha collection are able to mould to almost countless new shapes with a variety of colourways and material textures to steadily provide new and unique solutions. By morphing the acrylic sheet Fohla is also able to combine the lamp brightness with further functions. Mail for instance moulds the lamp into a letters support; Comodino Libro on the other end acts as a lamp and at the same time as a case for your favourite book to be stored in, the one you read before falling asleep and turning the light off. Functionality and the aesthetic peculiar product features are thus teamed up with the concept, providing the user with an emotional experience which is really unique and generating a new affection towards the product, successfully playing with aesthetics, functionality and the peculiar features of the material employed for the project.
